In observance of the Thanksgiving holiday, Wayne State University will be closed on Thursday and Friday, November 23 & 24, 2017. During this time and throughout the weekend, parking services will be limited and the WSU shuttle will not operate. Holiday parking hours are as follows:

On Thursday, November 24th, Thanksgiving Day, the following parking structures and lots will be open to the general public from 6am – 12pm (noon) unless listed otherwise. The cost will be $7.25 - $15.00 per vehicle as noted:

Parking Structure 1 – 450 West Palmer ($10.00 Credit card, OneCard debit $7.25 non-student and $3.85 student) Structure is open 24/7.

Parking Structure 2 – 5150 Lodge Service Drive ($10.00 Credit card, OneCard debit $7.25 non-student and $3.85 student) Structure is open 24/7.

Parking Structure 3 – 45 E. Warren (will have parade passes and general public parking available at ($10.00 Credit card, OneCard debit $7.25 non-student and $3.85 student).

Parking Structure 6 - 61 Putnam (Will have parade passes and general public parking available at $10.00 credit card, OneCard debit $8.29 non-student and $4.88 student).

Parking Structure 7 – 3717 John R. ($15.00 Credit card or cash, OneCard debit $7.25 non-student and $3.85 student). Structure is open until 2pm.

Parking Structure 8 – 91 West Forest (Credit card and cash fees based on time up to $12.00 daily. OneCard debit $7.25 non-student and $3.85 student). Structure is open 24/7.

Lot 57 – 237 E. Hancock ($10.00 Cash Only).

Lot 59 – S/E corner John R. and Warren ($10.00 Cash Only).

Lot 60 – 4710 Second ($10.00 Credit Card or OneCard debit $7.25 non-student and $3.85 student).

Lot 72 – 4510 Cass Ave. ($10.00 Credit Card or OneCard debit $1.75 non-student and $1.50 student).

Lot 75 – 545 E. Canfield (Note: lot 75 will be open for individuals with active parking assignments to Parking Structure 4 along with general parking).

Individuals with current parking assignments can park in their assigned locations as space allows. If the parking facility is full or closed, you can park at PS#2 at no additional charge. Please note: You must have your RFID hangtag and OneCard for access. If you choose to park at a facility you are not assigned to, you are subject to pay the fee at that facility.

*Lot 12 will be closed and used exclusively by The Parade Company.

Friday, November 24:

• Parking Structure 5 - Closed
• Parking Structure 6 - open 7am - 11pm
• Parking Structure 7 - open 5:30am – 10:30pm

Saturday and Sunday, November 25 and 26:

• Parking Structure 4 - Closed (use lot 75)

• Parking Structure 6 - open 7am - 11pm Saturday Only. Closed Sunday
• Parking Structure 7 - open 5:30am – 10:30pm
• Parking Structures 1, 2 and 8 - open 24/7
• Lot 75 – open 24/7 for individuals with active parking assignments at lot 75 and Parking Structure 4

Surface lots will operate as usual and can be accessed during their regular posted hours via OneCard assigned parking, OneCard debit, credit card or cash where available. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our 24-hour Parking Command Center at 313-577-1979.
