Dear nine-month faculty and staff,

As summer approaches, we want to remind all nine-month faculty and staff members enrolled in the payroll deduction program that parking assignments will end on Friday, May 31. They will not be reactivated until the beginning of the fall term on Monday, August 12.

You can renew your parking for the spring/summer semesters online. Renewal can also be done in person by appointment. However, only OneCard payments are accepted in the OneCard/Parking Service Center. For cash transactions, you will be directed to pay at the cashier's office and then bring your receipt to the OneCard/Parking Service Center as proof of payment before your access is activated. The OneCard/Parking Service Center is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Make an appointment online.

For those enrolled in the payroll deduction program who do not require parking for the spring/summer semester, your parking access will be reactivated on Monday, August 12.

Faculty/staff who do not participate in the payroll deduction program or those who only need occasional use throughout the spring/summer months can park using their OneCard debit account at any OneCard debit location (subject to space availability).
