9-Month Employee Parking Renewals for Summer 2013

Summer is quickly approaching and we wanted to remind you that most of your parking assignments will end on May 31, 2013 and will not be active again until the beginning of the fall term in August. All 9-month faculty/staff that are enrolled in the “Payroll Deduction Program” who wish to extend their parking throughout the spring/summer semesters can now do so via our new online payment feature. This feature allows you to renew online for the spring/summer semesters in one, two or three month intervals. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Pay by Check are accepted. Cash payments must be made in person in the OneCard/Parking Services Center in the Welcome Center.

To pay online, please click here:

https://flexweb.busops.wayne.edu/ebusiness/cmn/auth.aspx or visit our website (parking.wayne.edu) and click on the link "Online web purchase". Click on the "manage my parking" link and log-in. Your log-in information is the same as pipeline. Your parking access will be extended through the payment plan period you choose and will be applied to your current RFID hangtag; no new tag will be issued.

Note: Your payroll deductions must be current in order to renew your parking assignment for the summer. If you are unsure about whether you are currently in the payroll deduction program for parking please login to pipeline and check your April 24th paystub.

If you do not have a WSU RFID Hangtag you will need to renew your parking in the OneCard/Parking Service Center located in suite 257 of the Welcome Center. There is a one-time, non-refundable and non-transferable fee of $20 for a new or replacement RFID hangtag.

For those faculty/staff that are currently in the payroll deduction program, who decide not to renew for the summer, but will need parking again for fall 2013, you do not have to do a thing. Your parking access will be activated by August 14, 2013 as long as your assignment is updated in the banner system by your school/college/division.

Faculty/staff who do not participate in the payroll deduction program or those who only need occasional use throughout the spring/summer months can park using their OneCard debit account at any OneCard debit location (subject to space availability). Money can be deposited on your OneCard account through http://pipeline.wayne.edu, on the ‘OneCard Quick Deposit’ link or at any OneCard Deposit Station (CSVT) located across campus. For a list of CSVT locations please visit http://onecard.wayne.edu.

If you need additional information, have questions, or wish to cancel your parking, please contact the OneCard/Parking Service Center at parking@wayne.edu or (313) 576-PARK (7275).
