9-Month Employee Parking Renewals for Summer 2015
Spring/Summer Semester 2015 Parking Permit Sales
Dear 9-month Faculty/Staff,
Summer is quickly approaching and we wanted to remind you that parking assignments for faculty/staff enrolled in the payroll deduction program will end on May 31, 2015 and will not be active again until the beginning of the fall term on August 17th. All 9-month faculty/staff that are enrolled in the “Payroll Deduction Program,” who wish to extend their parking throughout the spring/summer semesters can now do so via our online payment feature. This feature allows you to renew online for the spring/summer semesters in one, two or three month intervals. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Pay by Check are accepted. Cash payments must be made in person in the OneCard/Parking Services Center in the Welcome Center.
To renew and pay online, please click here: https://wayne.t2hosted.com/cmn/index.aspx., or visit our website (parking.wayne.edu), click on the “Purchase Parking Permits” icon, then click on the link "Online parking payment webpage.” Use your pipeline credentials to login and select "manage my parking." Your parking access will be extended through the payment plan period you choose and will be applied to your current RFID hangtag; no new tag will be issued.
Note: Your payroll deductions must be current in order to renew your parking assignment for the summer. If you are unsure about whether you are currently in the payroll deduction program for parking please log into pipeline and check your most recent pay stub.
If you do not have a WSU RFID Hangtag because it was lost or stolen, you will need to renew your parking in the OneCard/Parking Service Center located in suite 257 of the Welcome Center so that we can issue you a new one. There is a non-refundable and non-transferable fee of $25 for a new or replacement RFID hangtag.
For those faculty/staff that are currently in the payroll deduction program, who decide not to renew for the summer, but will need parking again for fall 2015, you do not have to do a thing. Your parking access will be activated on August 17, 2015.
Faculty/staff who do not participate in the payroll deduction program or those who only need occasional use throughout the spring/summer months can park using their OneCard debit account at any OneCard debit location (subject to space availability). Money can be deposited on your OneCard account through http://pipeline.wayne.edu. Once you have logged in, go to the “General” Tab and click on “Access OneCard Account” from the list of choices on the left side of the screen. You may also visit any OneCard Cash Deposit Machine on-campus. For a list of OneCard Cash Machine locations please visit http://onecard.wayne.edu.
If you are experiencing any problems online, please try the following before calling the office:
