The M1 Rail Project shall reopen Palmer Street intersection at Woodward Avenue on Monday, October 6, 2014.   At that time M1 Rail construction shall close access onto Woodward Avenue from Lot 33 and Ferry Street.  Parking Customers using Lot 33 shall need to enter and exit the lot 33 from Palmer Street starting Monday, October 6, 2014.  The Palmer gate(s) shall remain in the open position during this time.   Traffic to the University Services Garage shall have access to the Garage from Cass Avenue only during Woodward closure at Ferry Street.  The work for M1 Rail on Woodward in front of Lot 33 and Ferry Street could take several weeks to complete.  Please follow M1 Rail signage around Woodward Avenue construction during closure.
