Parking Renewals for 9-month Faculty/Staff
As summer quickly approaches, most of your parking assignments will end on May 31, 2012 and not be renewed until the beginning of the fall term in August. 9-month faculty/staff who are enrolled in the Payroll Deduction Program and wish to extend their parking throughout the spring/summer semesters can now do so via our new online payment feature. This feature allows you to renew online for the spring/summer semesters in one, two or three month intervals. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Pay by Check are accepted. Cash payments must be made in person through the OneCard/Parking Services Office in the Welcome Center.
To pay online, please click here: https://flexweb.busops.wayne.edu/ebusiness/cmn/auth.aspx or visit our website (parking.wayne.edu) and click on the link "Online web purchase". Click on the "manage my parking" link and log-in. Your log-in information is the same as pipeline. Your parking access will be extended through the payment plan period you choose. Parking access will be applied to your current RFID hangtag; no new tag will be issued.
Note: Your payroll deductions must be current in order to renew your parking assignment for the summer. Please check and make sure you are up to date with your deductions. If not, contact the Parking/OneCard Office at 576-PARK (7275).
If you do not have a WSU RFID Hangtag you will need to renew your parking in the OneCard/Parking services office located in room 257 of the Welcome Center. There is a one-time, non-refundable and non-transferable user’s fee of $20 for a new or replacement RFID hangtag.
For those who decide not to renew for the summer and will need parking again for Fall 2012, you do not have to do a thing. Your parking access will be activated by August 15, 2012 as long as your assignment is updated in the banner system by your school/college/division.
Faculty members who do not participate in the payroll deduction program or those who only need occasional use throughout the spring/summer months can park using their OneCard debit account at any student location (subject to space availability). Money can be deposited on your OneCard account through http://pipeline.wayne.edu and the ‘OneCard Quick Deposit’ link or at any OneCard Deposit Station (CSVT) located across campus.
If you need additional information or have any questions, please contact the parking office via email at parking@wayne.edu or by phone at (313) 576-PARK (7275).
