We are pleased to inform everyone that Wayne State has reached an agreement with the University of Michigan to continue managing the day-to-day operations of Parking Structure #3 through October 27, 2020. There will be a month-to-month agreement from that point forward.  

Assigned parkers and lessees who currently utilize the structure will continue to be able to park at PS#3 as space allows. Individuals who changed their assigned location from PS#3 to another location can either stay at their newly assigned facility, or contact the OneCard/Parking Service Center at OneCard@wayne.edu to change your parking assignment back to PS#3. Individuals who chose to upgrade to PS#6, who have not already been contacted by the OneCard/Parking Service Center, should send an email to OneCard@wayne.edu letting us know whether you wish to stay in PS#3 or upgrade to PS#6. Please respond as soon as possible and prior to October 28, 2019 to avoid any payroll deduction changes. 

Individuals who park daily, and pay using OneCard debit or credit card can continue to use PS#3 or any of WSU's parking facilities with available daily space.

Parking and Transportation Services is committed to providing parking throughout campus and looks forward to continuing the operations at PS#3.
