Parking and Transportation is on the Move!

As part of the Parking and Transportation Services Department's continued efforts to improve parking operations on the WSU campus, we are pleased to announce the completion of the following projects:

Lot 56 – As of Monday January 7, 2013 Lot 56 will be fully operational. The east side of the parking lot and the parking entrance and exit were redesigned to improve traffic flow into and out of the parking lot.  New parking gate equipment and Radio Frequency Identification Devices (RFID) have been installed which provide hands-free access into and out of  the parking area for assigned customers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Parking Structure #1 Gate 1 – On Thursday January 9, 2013 the entrance and exit will be fully operational and open for customer use. The parking island and drive lanes were replaced and new parking gate equipment has been installed to provide more dependable service.
