PS#4 2024/2025 restoration project

Please be advised that a significant maintenance and repair construction project at Parking Structure #4 will begin Sept. 9 with an anticipated duration through July 2025. Key project points include:

  • Up to 600 parking spaces may be closed throughout the project to complete the work, with the remainder of spaces staying open for parking. One stair tower at a time may also be closed to complete the work.
  • The Premium parking area will need to be open for through traffic beginning Sept. 9 for approximately four weeks. Premium spaces will be monitored and still be available for only those individuals who pay for them.
  • Premium spaces may be affected during other phases of the construction.
  • Use of only the Canfield or St Antoine entry/exit may be required during certain phases.
  • The project will include the following types of work throughout the structure:
    • Beam bearing ledge and associated floor slab reconstruction.
    • Structural concrete floor slab, column, beam, tee stem and wall repairs.
    • Stair tower and door/frame repairs.
    • Interior guardrail repairs.
    • Waterproofing membrane installation.

For your safety, please pay attention to all construction signage and barricades, drive into the structure with your headlights on and be extremely cautious through any rerouted traffic areas. Please observe any barriers/barricades as these areas are closed for your safety. Construction workers will be frequently traveling throughout the parking facilities. Pay attention to construction equipment and workers as they work to improve our parking facilities.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete the project as quickly as possible. We also look forward to the long-term benefits of the maintenance and repairs being done, and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
