Beginning Monday, August 5, 2024, PS#3 will close levels 2 and 3 for necessary construction work. During this time, we ask everyone to park on the first floor. If perchance space is not available, Lot #57, located at the northwest corner of Hancock and John R., 237 E. Hancock, will be available. Construction is slated to be complete on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.

For your safety, please pay attention to all construction signage and barricades, drive into the structure with your headlights on and be extremely cautious through any rerouted traffic areas.  Please observe any barriers/barricades as these areas are closed for your safety.  Construction workers will be frequently traveling throughout the parking facilities. Pay attention to construction equipment and trades as they work to improve our parking facilities.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete the project as quickly as possible. We also look forward to the long-term benefits of the maintenance and repairs being done and apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause.
