To improve services to the WSU Campus Community the OneCard Office will be upgrading their CS Gold system to a newer version. Beginning on Tuesday December 18 until Friday December 21 certain aspects of the OneCard System will NOT be available. The Parking Office has identified the following items that might affect our parking patrons during the time the system is offline:

During the above period the following OneCard services will function offline and continue to be available:

• Parking (Assigned) – Existing patrons that have access will not be affected. Patrons signing up for a permit after December 17th cannot be added until the system is back online.
• Parking (OneCard Debit & Guest Cards) – Readers will gather information from patrons swiping in and their WSU OneCard accounts will be charged/debited when the system is back online.
• Office Deposits – available; however the funds cannot be added to an account for use by a patron until the system is back online.

The following services will NOT be available:

• Online Deposits
• Cash Machine (CSVT) Deposits

If you deposit money onto your OneCard to park, and you plan to be on-campus during the 18th – 21st, please remember to deposit any funds needed before the 18th or this could impact your ability to park.
