Parking for events

Please complete and submit the online Event Request Form. To complete the form, please have the following information ready:

  • Name and contact information of coordinator and department/sponsor
  • Name of the event
  • Location 
  • Start and end time for parking
  • Time you want the attendant present
  • Time you want the gate arm raised
  • Number of expected guests

Note: All parking requests should be made at least 10 business days before the event. For requests made less than 10 days in advance, please complete and submit the request form and call 313-577-4549. You may incur additional costs for late requests that can be accommodated. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
